What insurances do you take?

We accept all insurances.  We are only in network with the following insurance plans:

Aetna, Cigna, Evernorth, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Curative, and Medicare 

How long are sessions?

Each therapy session is 50 minutes long. Typically, we hold sessions once a week, but can do biweekly as needed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards are accepted, as well as  digital payment through Zelle or ACH. Payments will be charged following each session.

How much are sessions?

This will depend on each person's individual insurance plan. We verify your benefits before your first appointment. 

How do I cancel a session if needed?

Please contact us via email or phone at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.  Please provide 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel, or the full fee applies.
